Ensuite Double Room

The house is 2/3 min walk from Langdon Park Dlr station .5min walk to shops and Chrisp open market .
We have an ensuite double for single occupancy. The room is furnished with double wardrobe and large chest of drawers , table and chair ,a bed and mattress and your own toilet and shower .
The rest of the rooms are single occupancy and there is a spacious open kitchen plan with dining table and sofa Kitchen is equipped microwave, 2 fridge/freezers, washing machine ,oven and induction hob etc A garden at the back.
This is a house share which I hope you will treat as your home with others .
The ideal tenant would be someone friendly and willing to clean after him or herself at all times.
and share a weekly rota to keep the place clean .
Not a party house , all very friendly tenants of different nationalities.
