Double Bedroom in Modern Flat

I have a lovely double bedroom to rent with its own bathroom on the ninth floor of a new build in Langdon Park- which is 6 minutes from Canary Wharf.

The flat is new and modern with a lovely balcony and roof terrace with stunning views!! The block has a 24 hour concierge and a gym.

I have recently moved in! I am hoping to share this space with someone that is respectful and friendly- Ideally I am looking for a flatmate that is tidy, friendly and sociable and that I can enjoy spending time with when we both wish to- must be a working professional.

I am 26 and enjoy cooking, sport (I spin most days), red wine, music and politics! I enjoy chatting and socialising however I am also respectful of others and their personal space. This is my home and Im very attached to keeping it in good condition/ maintaining it (which is something I need a flatmate to be willing to do too). I hope to share a few glasses of wine and watch TV/listen to music after work! I am a pescatarian so there is no meat allowed in the flat other than fish.
