Stylish, large and bright double room with private bathroom available on the 25h of April in the new residential area London City Island, really close to Canary Wharf and Greenwich, and easily connected to Central London by Jubilee Line in 25minutes (Canning Town Station is just by 5 minutes walk), Central Line (Stratford) or DLR.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and a large, super-bright and modern living room with a spacious kitchen and balcony. It is fully furnished, sofa and couch, dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge, and storage wardrobe. The double room with a private bathroom is the one available, it is large, it has a big wardrobe, a double bed, and it is totally furnished, bed, bedside tables, curtains. The bathroom is just perfect size, it has a bathtub/shower, heated towel rack and a big mirror with storage shelves. You will be the only one/ones using it

The rent includes 24h concierge service, 24h security, receiving post house, and a private gym for residents, a heated outdoor pool, and spa area (sauna, Turkish bath, and jacuzzi). On the island there is an Italian restaurant and cafe, a mini grocery shop, in a couple of months, there will be more cafes, a beauty bar, and a supermarket. There is also a communal area with ping pong, table football, chess, and many other games and a chill area with sofas and tables to either work or study, it is really nice to hang out with friends on the weekends. The London City Islanders also organise different events, there is an art gallery and the National Ballet. The closest supermarkets are Co-op and Morrisons just on the other side of the tube station (8 minutes by walk) if you can't bother you can just do online groceries.

We are kindly asking for someone who values cleanliness/ tidy places - so if we do share this flat please consider that regular cleaning is a must.

A bit about us:
We are a young couple - Oana 25yo, working in healthcare at a private hospital and Dragos 28yo working in IT for a bank. We are down to earth, like having a good time, we work maybe a little bit too much and try to use the weekends to relax or get away from London and discover new places on car trips (we'd love to have you join us).

For all the administrative processes, you will directly work with the agency, and you will need to undergo due diligence/referencing. There are no fees for that.

Rent is extra £100 per month for couples.
