I'm Pradeep and I'm looking for a flatmate to take over my room as I'm moving back to my country. This is a 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat on the 1st floor of the apartment. The room is a double room with an en-suite bathroom, a study desk, a chair and wardrobes. It's a huge room with plenty of space and natural light. The flat has a TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. This includes the oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. The landlord is really flexible and responsive and the rent is reasonable for the area. The building also has a concierge available.

The current flatmate is a working professional who is quiet and respectful. The flat is located in a convenient location, close to public transport, shops and restaurants.

Availability:

It is available from 1st April 2024. The landlord will do a reference check and it hardly takes 2-3 days max

Management:

The flat is fully managed, the landlord will take care of all repairs and issues.

Shopping:

Lidl is just in front of the building
Tesco Express is below the building.

Transport:

5 - 10 min walk to Westferry DLR station
15 min walk to Canary Wharf Jubilee line station & Elizabeth line
15 min walk to Mile end Central line, District line and Hammersmith and City line.
2 min walk to Pixley Street Bus stop where you have 277, N277, D6, D7
5 min walk to Burdett Road Bus stop where you have 15, N15

The rent would be £1050

Current wifi bill = £15/person with 1 Gbps speed
Electricity will vary (I have not paid more than £60/person)
