Rent is £832.50 and bills come to about £190 per month each which includes gas, electricity, council tax (band C), broadband, water, TV licence and fortnightly cleaner. Hopefully that will decrease a bit as energy bills come down.

About me:
I’m 34, from Cornwall and have been living in London for nearly eight years, seven of those in this maisonette. I work as financial software consultant in central London.

I’m out and about in London a lot, but when I’m home I’m looking for someone who is up for the occasional chat, or at least, watching television together. My previous housemate and I used to watch Strictly Come Dancing and the Six Nations rugby. And if you want to try to introduce me to a show you like, so much the better.

I enjoy pub quizzes. I’m part of a team that plays dodgeball in the winter and rounders in the summer, and every so often go to see a West End play or a musical. In football, I support Newcastle.
