My flatmate is moving out in May so I’m looking for someone to take his room. The flat is two bedroom, two bathroom, with plenty of storage space, a huge kitchen / living room and balcony.
The room is a sizeable double with space for a desk and has its own bathroom opposite across the hall. The living room / kitchen area is huge with a nice balcony that is perfect in the Summer.
The flat is perfectly located, with a gym and Tesco Express a 5 minute walk away. It looks out on to Langdon Park DLR (1 minute walk away). From there Canary Wharf is 5 minutes away and Stratford 7 minutes away.
Ideally looking for someone to commit by 2nd April with a move in date 9th May.
I’m a 27 year old professional working in tech. I am quite nerdy, love video games, movies, reading and Lego, but also enjoy a good night out.
