2 bed flat on London City Island

Hello, I am renting out the second room in my two bedroom, two bathroom flat.

The flat has an open plan kitchen (including dishwasher and all white goods), a spacious living and dining area as well as a balcony looking onto River Lea.

The room comes with a king size bed, built in wardrobe and additional storage. You will have the main bathroom as your own as I have an en-suite.

The building is fully serviced with concierge / post room facilities, a gym (including a sauna and jacuzzi), an indoor and outdoor pool, cinema room and functional co-working space.

The flat is a ten minute walk to Canning Town tube station (jubilee and DLR) and East India (DLR). You can also walk to Canary Wharf in 25 minutes.

The island itself is peaceful and has a few coffee shops and bars, yoga/pilates studio and Sainsbury’s.

I currently live here with my boyfriend (who owns the flat) however he is moving to Germany for work.

I work in the legal team of a PE fund and I’m in the office most days, and usually go to the gym after work so my weeknights are pretty chilled. On the weekends I usually go for dinner and drinks around Hackney (and now I will be spending some time in Germany). I also have a house cat (Whiskey), who is very loving and chilled (I keep his litter tray in my bathroom).

I am looking for someone who wants to live in a relaxed atmosphere, and keep things clean and tidy but you are always welcome to have people round.

I have lived in several house shares before and loved living with girls who became friends, so looking to recreate the same environment here.
