We're a professional couple looking for a lodger for our spare room. We live in a luxurious two bedroom flat, just two minutes walk from Stratford station.

✨ We're looking for a flatmate who is considerate, organised and has a high level of cleanliness.

📅 Term: up to 5 months

🌱 We are seeking a vegetarian/vegan flatmate only (please mention this in your response).

🛌 The bedroom is fully furnished with a large comfortable bed, storage space, wardrobe and a desk. Since there are two bathrooms in the flat, you'll have the large main bathroom to yourself.

🥘 Our flat has a fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge, and a balcony. As our partying days are behind us it's definitely not a party flat.

🌇 The building has a 24h concierge (never miss a delivery!), gym, residents' lounge, bike storage and two private roof terraces.

💡 Household bills (inc. fibre broadband) are included.

🌳 We're located a short walk away from the Olympic Park, Hackney Wick and Westfield shopping centre. It's a really convenient location with excellent transport links.
