Hi everyone, we have one small room available in our house in Maryland with an amazing garden and a big kitchen.
Please note that the room is available until 1st May 2024 only!
3 min walk from Maryland Station
10 min walk from Stratford Station and around 15-20 min to liverpool street with Elizabeth Line.
Loads of supermarkets and shops around for anything you fancy. Hackney Wick, Westfield and the Olympic Park it's just up the road.
All Bills are included in the rent price (gas, electricity, council tax, wi-fi, water) and 1 month deposit is required.
We are three Professionals that are looking for someone to move in who is sociable and easy going like us.
