The property is located in a very safe, friendly and quite street & neighbourhood. The accommodation has been totally renovated whilst retaining the original charm & character. It is also a warm & bright house. Located just 3 to 5 mins walk from Leyton Tube Station (Central Line), 8/10 mins to Stratford/Stratford International.

Your room is a very bright and cozy large double room on 1st floor with all new furniture & mattress, spacious wardrobe, bed-side and chest of drawers. A large windows overlooks the rear south facing garden.
You will be living with 5 other likeminded professionals (not couples) who are very friendly, outgoing and career focused. This is one of my best, cleanest and most friendly houses and I will ensure it stays that way - so you will need to buy into this ethos.

All flatmates selected by me the landlord with the help of existing tenants to ensure they are professional, friendly and buy into a supportive house share ethos & maintain the harmony. At the moment you will be replacing Santa who is moving to room 6 and replaces Fadi (been in the property 30 months). There is a very low churn rate and most stay 18months or longer.
Currently there is Santa (Latvian female) who a business management executive. Chris (British male) who works in HR for the NHS, Heni (Hungarian female) who is an graphic illustrator and student, Sonya (Irish Female) who is a PR/Comms professional and Militia (Slovenian Female) who is a business administrator. So there will be 6 flatmates in total - there are 4 bathrooms in the house, 2 of which are en-suite.

There is a new washing/dryer machine. A new gas cooker and electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave. Crockery & cutlery etc supplied, iron & board. The property is heated with gas central heating with no limits on hot water. There is a communal living room with 42 inch TV and sky Q TV, a downstairs guest-WC and bathroom (upstairs). There is a large and sunny back garden.
Leyton is a very trendy and upcoming suburb adjacent Stratford. It has its own hipster vibe and pubs such as the 'Leyton Star' and the 'Technical' bars set it apart.

Downsell Road is adjacent the well-known Drapers field Public Park. Leyton High Street is bustling with a range of independent shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a retail park around the corner comprising of a large Asda, TK Max and fitness first. The Queen Olympic Park is a 5min walk around the corner with access to facilities such as the aquatic Centre, velodrome and the park itself and a range of gyms.
INCLUDED IN THE RENT: are all bills (gas & electricity) Free unlimited super-fast fibre sky broadband Internet and Sky Q TV is also provided. On-street parking via permit.

The house is privately managed by myself an experienced landlord (member of RNLA) and therefore there are no extra/hidden fees. Every issue with the property will be dealt with promptly. Your lease will be drafted in a professional manner and your deposit will be lodged and protected with the safe deposit scheme. The property is also licenced with Waltham Forest Council.
