Double room in modern house (2 months March/Apr)

A modern newly renovated house with open plan living downstairs with a garden and three double bedrooms, 2x bathrooms and study.

The house and room is fully furnished, but happy for you to bring any furniture for your room. The room available is a double room with a wardrobe and side table.
The room has its own bathroom, including shower/bath, toilet and basin.
The house itself has Sky (all channels) and broadband as well as all other amenities and council tax covered in the price.
A spare bedroom is also available for guests.

We are really easy going professional couple. One working in advertising and one in the health and fitness industry.

Looking for a professional who doesn’t mind a small dog.
