We’ve got a lovely, spacious double room coming up in a warm and welcoming house share, available from the end of April.

The current housemate has been here for over 4 years, which says a lot about the house and the vibe! It’s a relaxed, friendly home rather than just a place to sleep.

- The house itself is big and bright, with:
- A large lounge and separate dining area
- Massive kitchen (great if you actually like cooking 👀)
- Big garden space
- Upstairs bathroom + additional downstairs toilet
- Central heating throughout

A few important (but easygoing!) notes:
- The current tenant has had a cat, but they’ll be moving out with them 🐾
- Some shared furniture will be going, but a sofa can be left if needed
- Bedroom furniture (ottoman double bed + IKEA wardrobe) is available to buy if helpful

Tenancy details:
- Current tenancy runs until early December (with potential to extend)
- The remaining housemates are planning to move out later this year after buying a place, but timing isn’t confirmed yet
- They’ll help find replacements, so the house will stay full and social

This would suit someone who’s happy with a slightly flexible setup and wants a genuinely nice house with good people, rather than a sterile, revolving-door rental.
