Double Room to let in Stratford/Maryland

Hey guys!

One of our current flatmates is moving out, so we have a fantastic sized double room in a friendly 5 bed house share up for grabs for the right person. The tenancy is initially 3 months but looking to extend ☺️

We are ideally looking for someone who likes to keep their living space clean, respectful of others in the house, who is tidy, up for socialising and looking to make the house their home. No couples or pets I’m afraid!

The room: The room comes with a double bed, a chest of drawers, wardrobe and small shelves. The house is equipped with a modern kitchen with dining table and small living space, bathroom, separate toilet and a fantastic garden (which is great for BBQs and an additional social space).

Transport: We are situated within a 10 minute walk from Maryland and 15 minutes from Stratford and Leyton tubes so there’s plenty of options when it comes to commuting.

About us: We are currently 4 friendly young professionals aged between 25-30 working across London. Most of us work in the office, but occasionally work from home. We like to be social and spend time making food, in the garden etc but also respectful of each others privacy.

Bills: Council tax, electricity, water and Wi-Fi are included in the price with the exception of gas. We have a gas meter installed so it gets topped up as and when it’s needed (it very rarely gets topped up in the summer months but slightly more in the colder months) overall it’s not much more of an additional cost, so it’s a fantastic deal!
