I’m moving to Belgium to start a new job, so looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The perfect fit would be someone who is clean, tidy and up for socialising with the other flatmates.
The flat has 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is occupied by a couple (guy and girl) and the other is occupied by a guy. We are all good friends in the flat and love socialising together! As all the members of the flat are working professionals, they have busy schedules, but most evenings we spend time together eating and chatting or watching a TV series/movie.
Bills are £100-120 per month.
