I looking for a new flatmate to share a beautiful 2 bedroom house in waltham forest, only 10min from Maryland station.
The house has a really nice kitchen with a dining area, a cosy living room and a beautiful garden.
I am 38 years old and I am from Spain. I work as a private chef/freelance. I normally stay at home as most of the times I do my prep for work in here but also love going out to discover a new restaurant and going out for a long walk. I am very chill and easy going. Respectful and clean.
The rent is £1800 and it will be divided equally. Bills and council tax are not included.
