Hi! We have 3 rooms available in our new home:
- One very large and bright room (the one with the carpet in the pictures), our personal favourite in the house. The rent is £900/ month, incl. bills.
- 2 large double rooms, going for £800/month incl. bills each.

As renters, you will have an absolutely massive bathroom to be shared between you 3. You will also have your own small kitchenette (with 2 burners and an airfryer - no oven). Each room has their own fridge, microwave and kettle.

The transport links are very good. We are a 10-minute walk from Plaistow tube station and there is a bus stop at the end of our street which takes you to Stratford Station in less than 10 minutes. The bus is very frequent, coming every 2 minutes.

We are friendly, respectful professionals and hope to welcome like-minded renters (student or professional) to our home who value a clean, calm, and considerate living environment.

We can be flexible regarding the move-in date.
