I am moving out to be closer to my new job, but in the 6 months I have been here we have become like family. My housemates deserve someone excellent to move in!
The room a well kept, small double. There's no shared living room however we hang out, play cards and eat in the dining room, and there's a great garden for BBQ's, night fires, summer socialising etc.
Location is great for everywhere East London, 5 mins cycle from Hackney Wick, nearest tube in Leyton (10mins walk) and the convenience of Westfield Stratford is a 15 min walk (love it or hate it it was great for Christmas shopping!!)
25 mins into town on the central line.
Would suit a female to balance the genders.
