Hi there! My name is Alan and I’m 40 years old. I'm originally from Malaysia but have now lived in London for a long time. I am a working professional (civil engineer).

I’m easygoing and laid back, can keep to myself but love a chat. I’m enthusiastic and also like to keep my house clean. My interests include tech, video games, exotic fish and socialising. I have a knack for gardening.

I have an adorable and friendly Chinese crested powder puff dog named Toffee. We live in a three storey townhouse, comprising of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a toilet, a living room with dining room, a kitchen with balcony, a garage and a garden. We’re looking for a housemate, male/female professional, to share our amazing space we call home.

You will get your own furnished double bedroom with your very own toilet. You will also get your own bathroom as my room is an ensuite.

Storage space will not be a problem as this is a huge house being shared with very few people. We have a garden outside, and we have a garage if you want to store items in there. There is a balcony in the kitchen.

A cleaner will be around at least once a week included within the rent.

The area is quiet and next to the docks, where you are in close proximity to neighbourhood bars, restaurants, as well as the Excel exhibition Centre. There is also a surf centre outside, if you like watersports!

You are 5 minutes walk away from West Silvertown station, and it will not take you longer than 15 minutes to take the DLR/tube to get to Canary Wharf. You will only be about 40-50 minutes away from the City by tube.
