A spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, sharing a house with only one other person. There is a toilet downstairs which is avoiding bathroom time clashes in the morning.


The rent includes standard bills and the cost of a cleaner coming in to clean the entire house once a month.
Ideally located in a quiet residential and safe area, only 5 minutes walk from the local shop.

City airport and the DLR are literally 5 minutes away giving easy access to Canary Wharf (15mins) , Bank (20mins) and Ibiza(2hrs)! Westfield Stratford is 20 minutes away by public transport.

Also 10 minutes drive to Beckton Retail Park for larger shops and the same distance to Galliion's Reach shops like Tesco, HnM, TKMax, Next etc.

I am a laid back professional and I mainly work from home now. I enjoy a bit of a chat after work, but I'm also respectful of other people's space. Looking to share with someone friendly, who also values a comfortable and respectful environment at home.
