I am searching for a new tenant to take my room as soon as possible as I need to move out for business reasons.
The room is a large double room, located in a great area with DLR station Star Lane 8 min on foot, and West Ham (central line, overground) station 8min on foot from the house. Very calm area with parcs 5 min away. And stores all in walking distances. (Also there is a 24h McDonalds 10 min away on foot, can be very useful at times 😉)
For the price and the location, the price is very good.
Looking for someone to stay minimum until September 2024.
