Hi my flat has a double room with own modern walk in shower bathroom available. It is located 20 mins from Canary Wharf, it takes about 10 mins to walk through a park to West Ham tube station and then another 10 on the Jubille Line three stops to Canary Wharf. This will be sharing with an Indian gentlemen, I no longer live at the flat. You will have a double bedroom and your own bathroom with walk in shower. Bills are included.
The room is a spacious double with wardrobe, desk and two bedside drawers. The window has a view over a local park which is quiet and peaceful. The bedroom table could be used for a TV and/or a computer/laptop, with the wifi working well through out the flat including the bedrooms.
The shower room was refurbished three years ago and is has a modern large rectangular base with a powerful shower head, there is also heating under the shower room tiles and the rest of the flat.
The flat is on the 1st floor of a 4 floor block of flats situated between Canning Town and West Ham but closer to West Ham tube by about 5 mins. It overlooks a Hermit Park, which has free to use tennis courts.
With one other you’ll be sharing a large open plan kitchen and lounge room with large table in the kitchen. Fridge/freezer, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, electric hobs and cooker provided.
