Room for Rent - Double, furnished room in South Wo

Double room with own bathroom in a spacious, modern 2 bed flat in South Woodford, and I'm offering a Monday - Friday let. i'm happy for you to leave belongings over weekends as there is plenty of storage and the room is infrequently used at weekends.

The room is quite large with fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage, I have a 32" TV in the room but if you prefer to bring your own, that's ok. I provide bed linen unless you want to bring your own.. Own bathroom with shower and bath, shared living room, dining and kitchen area and balcony overlooking communal gardens. I'm also offering a parking space in the underground garage. Parking is a premium in this area, with resident permit parking in the surrounding streets, and this is the added value.

I would like to share with someone who is respectful of my property and friendly. I work from home primarily and and you will need to be able to commute your office/place of work or if you need to work from home, you are welcome to provide a desk for your room.

This will suit someone who is on secondment / contractor at a London based company, who has their main home elsewhere in the country and commutes to London on a weekly basis

The property is in a new build apartment block with 100 flats, its quiet and secure with a 24 front desk and entry security to main gates and doors. References required.

South Woodford has three supermarkets all very close by and a cinema across the road and next to a pub that shows football and other sports

There is a small high street with independent shops, banks and restaurants. Trendy Wanstead village E11 is about a 20 minute walk (5 minute drive) and also has some nice eateries and bars. South Woodford is on the central line, zone 4 and the station is about a 7 minute (depending on how speedy you walk), there are bus links into London and to main line train stations in times of tube issues - main bus routes are 179 (chingford, Ilford), W12, W13 (Walthamstow, Wanstead, Woodford) and 123 (Walthamstow). The A406 runs alongside the property with convenient links into the M11 and A12.
