I’m easy going, tidy, respectful and considerate. I’ve made an effort to make this flat my home during my time here - I have purchased new furniture, and added a few additional touches just to make the shared spaces a bit more cosy.

There’s a parking space, garage, a third guest toilet, it's part of an apartment block with some communal gardening/rubbish collection services, and there is also a concierge which is very convenient. Also, another perk is 80mbps WiFi.

The room is a large double with wardrobe space and tall mirrors. Rent is directly to the landlord (he’s a decent guy, fixes things on time and is communicative).

About the area:
Wapping/St Katherine’s Docks is without a doubt one of the greatest areas in London - central (zone 1) and close to the most exciting and interesting places (Shoreditch, The City, Dalston etc.) while also being extremely quiet, green and next to the Thames river.

Both Wapping station and Tower Hill station are a short walk away from the flat and the commute to Canary Wharf or The City is ~20 mins. There’s a large Waitrose supermarket (1 minute walk) and a Tesco (5 minute walk). There’s also a Fitness First gym next to the Waitrose.
