A double bed room is available in a flat near Limehouse station.

The room rent is £550 only for three months because I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. Later there will be a new contract for which rent is £585.

It is 10 minutes away by foot from Limehouse and Shadwell station. The location is situated by the highway so during the day there is noise for one or two hours in peak traffic hours, but the rest of the day it's pretty calm as the window keeps the noise out.

The flat has three rooms. Two are occupied at the moment. The current tenants are me and a Spanish couple. The Flatmates are friendly and helpful. They keep the place clean and tidy.

The property comes with including bills, wifi, maintenance cost and per week cleaner. The Flat does not have a living room.

The room is furnished as described in pictures except the painting.

The reason that I want to leave is I am looking for a place to stay with my university friends.
