Huge flat in Limehouse with friendly flatmates!

There are 4 of us living here at the minute but one of us is due to move out shortly (start of August). We’re all young professionals working in Canary Wharf and the City, so pretty relaxed on weeknights but like having people round at the weekends etc. We all get on well, so we're after someone that we can actually be friends with, rather than just someone who needs a place to crash.

The living room is one of the biggest we’ve seen in London with a huge corner sofa, TV and full-size pool table. The flat is spread over two floors, with a big open plan living room and kitchen downstairs, and then 4 bedrooms upstairs. There are also two bathrooms (one on each floor) and a balcony on each floor. The flat is in a gated complex with secure bike storage and parking.


The room itself is also a good size, with a double bed and enough room for a desk if you’re working from home one day (although a couple of us usually choose to do so downstairs instead).

The flat is in a really good area in terms of getting around - Limehouse tube is a 2 min walk (and then 5 minutes on the DLR into Bank); Shadwell Overground is 10 minutes. The CS3 runs right outside the flat which makes cycling really easy (15 mins into the City) and Canary Wharf is within walking distance.

Rent is £770 and then bills are shared between us, which works out at about around £120 a month, including a cleaner fortnightly.
