Room walking distance to the city

Hi there,

My lodger is sadly moving out and I'm looking to replace him. I accept short term rentals.

About the flat
Top floor (3rd, no lift) of a very quiet residence with a small garden in the middle, super convenient with a big supermarket 10 min walk and smaller shops 5 min away.

Transports nearby are Shoreditch High Street station for the overground (5 min), Bethnal Green, Aldgate East or Liverpool Street for the underground (15-20 min walk).

The room has a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a small desk.

There is a big bright living space, all furnished with everything you need, that you can use as much as you want.

Bills can be included for £200.

About me:
I’m a French professional. I did a lot of travelling and lived in a few countries and now calling London home.

I like to think of myself as quite easy going and open minded, I like my space tidy and organised.

The flat is mine so you will share with a landlord but it's important for me that my flatmate feels at home as much as I do (having experienced this situation myself before).

I live in Shoreditch but I'm not big on parties, rarely inviting people over (maybe 2 or 3 times a year), I prefer going to pubs with my friends. I work a few days a week at home and I get out of London quite often for kitesurfing or hiking.

I'm looking for a flatmate that shares the same values and who is happy sharing this amazing space with me and wants to bring a bit of themselves in it.

I have my group of friends and my activities so it's ok if you do too.
