Hi, I’m renting out a private room for £800 per month plus bills. Bills are around £100–£125 per month, depending on usage.
The room will be available from the 1st of May, and the tenancy is for 6 months.
The room is currently furnished, but it will be unfurnished by the time you move in.
It’s a private room in a quiet flat, and you will be the only person living in the house with myself.
A deposit will be required. No checks needed.
Occasionally there may be cats in the house, as I share them with my ex-partner, so they may stay over from time to time.
