12 Minstrel Court is a beautiful two bedroom flat in the Cambridge Heath area.
The flat is in a converted Victorian school building - so there are double height ceilings and windows throughout, giving it lots of natural light and a lovely spacious feel.
The main living area has an inbuilt fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and overhead storage. We've found the open plan living room-kitchen setup to be great when we want to have friends over.
The bedroom itself has lots of inbuilt storage (including a small loft accessible from the upper level - not photographed). The mezzanine level can be used as a study and/or additional spare bedroom thanks to the retractable double bed.
There is a secure car park at the back of the building.
You would be living with Emma, who is Irish and works as a set designer in the TV industry. She is very friendly, has an active social life, and is a kind, respectful, and considerate flamate.
