Hello lovely Londoners!

We're looking for someone clean and respectful that wants to be part of our fun flat share.

We are a quite social household while still respecting our private life.

Some of the activities we engage together are dinners either at home or outsider of home (we are just a couple of streets from Kingsland Road so lots of Vietnamese options), movie nights, BBQ's in our lovely garden, occasional parties or events where we bring our friends round, walk or runs in the park, cycle rides and indoor climbing.

Let’s go to the essential, the flat:

You will be sharing with 4 other people.
Liz, Argentinian female (35 sales executive)
Ethan, Venezuelan male (30 hospitality)
Simona, Lithuanian female (25 Working in neuroscience)
Danny, English male (29 cyber security)

The amenities:
There are two bathrooms, Danny has his own as he has an ensuite room. Therefore this means that we share one bathroom per 2 people.

We share a spacious living room with fully furnished kitchen (including dish washer, very handy!), sofa's, dining table and a TV.

We also have a furnished garden in the backyard where we can enjoy the summer.

The room is spacious and bright located in the first floor with a double bed with lots of storage under it, a bedside table, a wardrobe and a desk.

All bills are included, the landlord is really reactive when there’s something to get fixed in the house. And afterwards, you won’t see him that much.
