Spacious double room by Victoria Park

Hello :)
I have a lovely double room available for a minimum 3 month let.

The flat is in a quiet residential area right next to Victoria Park., close to all the amenities of Roman Road, Victoria Park Village and Broadway Market.

Transport links
The number 8 bus runs from right outside so it's really easy/ quick to Bethnal Green/ Liverpool street, or 15 min walk to Mile End tube. I cycle everywhere so if that's your thing - it's a super easy 15 mins to Shoreditch and 30 to central.

The space
The room is a good size with a built in wardrobe and comfy double bed.. The flat is very light, set on two levels with a shared balcony, living room, kitchen, bathroom (with nice powerful shower) - all quite minimal/ eclectic decor plus a healthy collection of plants!

The neighbourhood
It's friendly and quiet around here, with heaps of good cafes within walking distance for working/ studying/ brunch and a few decent pubs. The flat is also just a stone's throw from the park and the canal, so great for joggers and cyclists. Roman road is right around the corner, too - for food shopping etc.

Flatmates
You would be living with me 👋 I’m a yoga teacher and life coach - I teach at a range of studios around this area as well as from the front room via Zoom occasionally. My timetable means I’m in and out of the house through the day. Veggie-orientated cooking is preferable but not compulsory. I’d love to share with someone who is clean and tidy, respectful of space but happy to connect and chat sometimes too. This is definitely not a party house, but is a pretty zen, cosy place to call home where friends are welcome.
