Big Warehouse Room (No Couples)

Big room in wonderful & creative warehouse near Hackney Wick Overground Station and Fish Island. It’s a very big house, and you will have space to make up a little studio for youself, amazing people and very much taking care of each other.
Victoria park is just on the corner, as well Stratford station and many other green parks and canals. Its a good location to live at if you want to explore North-East London.

The rent is all included (g/w/e and a cleaner once per week) 660 per month.

We are looking for a girl preferably!! Since there are only me and another girl in the house. Also there will get another room free ,so if you are two girl friends that are looking for a place: let us know!

Extras like a home cinema, house mates that can build you stuff you need in your room or help you out with finding the most fantastic bars/ helping you out with fashion chooses or music since the people who live in the house are managing a bar, designing at Burberry, working in metal construction/art, film and sound engineering!

Also we build a new fashion cutting table that is standing in the warehouse (it’s good for working and standing at the same time and made by the housemates for that I will sell it for cheap). This means automatically having your studio space next to your room! With a big window! I do prefer some one that want’s to buy this over from me for 35 pounds.

The room comes with a table, chair, a clothing rail, a mini table next to the bed and a closet if you want to. It also comes with a mattress.
