Hackney Wick, Omega Works - Double Bedroom

Hey all! My friend has secured a flat so they will be moving out end of November so their room will be available from December 13th.

LOCATION
The ground floor flat is located on Fish Island in Hackney Wick, right on the canal.

It’s a 5 minute walk to Hackney Wick overground station, Olympic park and Victoria Park along with a 20 minute walk to Stratford Station/Westfield Shopping Centre.

CONDITIONS
No pets or couples.
No smoking indoors.

THE ROOM
The room is partly furnished (comes with a bed + mattress) or unfurnished based on preference but the rest of the flat is fully furnished as you can see in the pictures, so ideally looking for someone who isn’t bringing a lot of additional furniture.

The double room has its own ensuite with shower and private access door which opens directly onto the canal side.

ROOMMATE
You’ll be sharing with myself, Angus.

I’m a laid back, professional designer. Working in central London, working from home 2 days a week.

Like to stay fit and healthy with chill nights in but also love a trip to the pub and out to clubs.

Looking for someone who shares similar values and habits when it comes to clean and tidiness and someone who’s generally kind and considerate.
