Bright 1-month sublet in Hackney Wick

The room

I'm subletting my double room in Hackney Wick from 30 May to 28 June. The rent is £1,200 all bills included. Open to discussing the price if you would like to rent for a shorter period.

The room is bright and spacious, with two big south-east facing windows and direct access to the outdoor deck/balcony. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, a desk, clothes rack and drawers. The room is not en-suite, but the bathroom is literally across the hallway and you'll have exclusive use of it.

The room is part of a bright top-floor flat, on the 5th floor with lift access. It has two bedrooms in total. You'll be sharing a spacious shared living room/kitchen and a large balcony with my lovely flatmate Ahmed (he/him) who loves anime, politics, and cooking. We're an LGBTQ+ household in our early 40s; looking for similar.

Hackney Wick and all its craziness are is just a short walk away, but the area around the building is pretty quiet. It's about a 10-min walk to Hackney Wick station, and a 20min walk (or 10min cycle) to Stratford with all the shops, and train, tube and DLR connections imaginable. Victoria Park and the Hackney Marshes are also a short walk away. There is space to lock a bicycle on the access deck just outside the flat.
