1 bedroom in Bromley By Bow

Hi, my name is Simeon. I am a single occupant living in a two bedroom in Bromley by bow. I am currently renting 2 rooms until the end of Feburary. The rent is £650PCM! 2 people in one room - £900 or 1 person in each room at £650 each (which covers the room, bills such as; concil tax, internet, service charge etc). If you can pay a few months in advance, the rentmay be lowered.

I will be working from home in the living and I thought I’d rent the remaining spare rooms out as I use the living room to work and sleep. My dad owns the house and whilst he is on holiday unitl September, i will be hiring people to decorate every room. Once i have looked after the flat for him and decorated it, he will move back in (March ).

I will also be renovating the bathroom, living room, corridor and both rooms so please be patient as the bathroom is being reworked just like the kitchen which is still being worked on.

I would like someone who doesn’t smoke, is laid back, doesn’t have any pets and is nice and quiet as I like to keep myself to myself. I have started work on the kitchen which is still being furnished. As soon as, the remaining tenant move in, I will hire someone to paint the bathroom, followed by each room.

Transport- 5 minute walk
DLR station, 10 minute walk.
Westfield- 20 minute walk
Tesco superstore - 5 minute walk
Easy transport links, gyms, superstores, GP, post office at a walking distance.
