Double bedroom in East - 1st july move in

Room Available in Stylish 2-Bed Flat – Available from 1st July (Flexible)

Hi! My current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room from 1st July. There may be some flexibility for an earlier move-in date if needed.

Location:
The flat is in a great spot in Bow – around 7 minutes from Bow Road station and Bow Church station, and about 15 minutes to Mile End station. Victoria Park is a short walk away, great in summer and perfect for runs, walks or coffee trips.

The Flat:
First-floor 2-bed flat, fully furnished and well looked after. Spacious shared living area, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and separate dryer. There are two bathrooms – I have the en-suite, so the main bathroom would be fully yours. There’s also a small balcony with afternoon sun.

About You:
Looking for someone clean, considerate and easy to live with. Ideally independent and respectful of shared space, but also friendly and up for the occasional chat, dinner or glass of wine.

About Me:
I’m 26 and manage a pub, so I work shifts and the flat is often quiet in the evenings. I’m sociable, relaxed and respectful of space, and looking for someone similar. Perks of living here may occasionally include a free pint or 10.
