Social warehouse in Fish island

Heyy!

We have a mezzanine room going from the 11th September in our warehouse space in Fish Island, Hackney Wick. I can be flexible with this date if wanted to move in earlier.

Rent is £740 per month all bills included, as well as a deposit of £700, which needs to be paid before you move in to secure the room.

The room itself is a decent size and has an external window. However, it can’t be opened. The room is also situated at the back of the warehouse so it is one of the quieter rooms.

The space consists of 6 bedrooms, 1 WC and 1 bathroom. We have a big living room and an open kitchen, as well as a shared mezzanine (which is mainly used to dry our washing).

The warehouse is mostly chill in the week. This is a 4/20 friendly household. We take it in turns to do a weekly clean so no money spent on cleaners. Everyone is really sociable and often hang out in the living space together. The summer will be amazing to live in warehouse living as they’ll be parties close by and the area it’s self is beautiful.
We do have people around from time to time but this isn’t a party warehouse.

We are working within the music, photography, charity, film and fashion industries.

Ideally to keep the balance we are looking for female/identifying but anyone can apply, and we’ll be happy to show the room to anyone, as long as you send us a sweet message and tell us a bit about yourself!

Great place to meet people, make connections and get around local community events.

Preferably over 25 years old and not studying.
