7 month Sublet in a lovely Warehouse

This is a small room with a double bed on a raised platform (accessible by a ladder) in a shared warehouse, within a warehouse community, in Hackney Wick.

The room will be available from April 1st - End of October (so 7 months)

The rent is £500/month including all bills, plus a £500 deposit, and I'll leave my furniture in the room for you - drawers, wardrobe etc.

This is a warehouse space so better for someone who is open to alternative living. There is no window in the room itself, but the communal space is very large with a big kitchen/living room area, a TV, bike storage, and a corner where we keep musical instruments.

The warehouse has 6 other occupants, who are all lovely people.
The vibe is pretty chill, we're not a party warehouse (although there's plenty going on in Hackney Wick), and we do keep it clean and tidy - there's a cleaning rota and we have shared cleaning resources.

We do chat and chill together sometimes, there's often a few of us popping to the local pub or hanging out in the courtyard with other members of the community. We do also keep our own space and respect if someone wants to keep their own time.

Hackney wick station and Victoria park are both a 15 minute walk away.
Stratford station/westfield are a 20 minute walk away.

Loads to do in the area!
