Bright Double in Spacious Warehouse

My room is becoming available in my beautiful warehouse!

This is a 14 Bed bright and spacious warehouse (the ad didn’t let me put the full number of people) with an industrial sized kitchen (2 sinks, 2 stoves, 2 ovens and 3 double fridges) 4 bathrooms, a huge shared living room and a co working mezzanine space. The housemates are all lovely and a mixed bunch of occupations and hobbies which creates a beautifully balanced space to live!

We respect each others privacy and down time, and I’ve never had a problem with noise while living here, but we can also be lovely and sociable in the evening, with movie nights, pot lucks and pub trips down the road!

The location is incredible, 7-8 mins to Hackney Wick along the beautiful canal, or a 15-20 walk to Stratford for all links to everywhere as well as Stratford and the Olympic park!

Looking for someone to sublet the first month off me then take over long term as I’m heading to my new place in a couple of weeks!

The room is a big space, as you can see from the pictures I have a full photography studio in there at the moment! It comes unfurnished but I’m also looking to sell my futon folding bed if you also want the extra living space!
