We currently have one double room available. We’re looking to fill the room as soon as possible, with move-in from 18th April.

The room has a semi en-suite bathroom, which is shared with me (Nicholas) but the other room/mezzanine has its own bathroom. It also comes with a built-in wardrobe and closet which provides you with extra space for your belongings.

A few important things to be aware of:
• The mezzanine has been converted into a bedroom, so being mindful of noise levels, especially at night, is essential.
• We have a weekly cleaner who looks after shared spaces.

The flat itself is a serene duplex apartment with a double bedroom, city views, a comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a large terrace.

You’ll be sharing with Nicholas (me) and Tom. We’re both professionals—Tom works in creative industry and hospitality, and I’m a creative and business owner.
We also live with Cleo, our border collie/whippet, who brings a lot of personality to the home.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys a friendly, respectful household—open to the occasional shared dinner or outing, but who also values independence and their own space.
