Room near the mile end

Hi,

I’m looking for someone to take over my room. I have a 6-month contract with a reliable agency, and my flatmates are professional and really nice.

I’m an Erasmus student from Germany. My contract runs until the end of June, but my visa expires in early May, so I need to hand the room over sooner. Ideally, the new tenant would stay for about one month, and if they like it, they can extend the contract directly with the agency.

The rent is £700 per month, and I paid a £700 deposit. Since this is quite urgent, I’m willing to reduce the deposit to half for the first month.

The room is in a great location, close to central London. It’s very well connected—there are bus stops and a tube station nearby. Sainsbury’s is just a 3-minute walk, and Lidl and Tesco are about 10 minutes away. You can also reach Canary Wharf in around 20 minutes on foot.
