Had a great time living in the warehouse over the past few years but now looking for a bit of normality.
The warehouse is in Hackney Wick on Fish Island located on Stour Road and benefits from a huge communal space.
The rent is £610 and includes all bills, internet and house expenses, such as communal products, bin bags, toilet roll, herbs & spices, tin foil, cleaning products etc.
Our ideal housemate would be an easygoing like minded professional who is clean, tidy and respectful. The place is pretty chilled during the week as everyone has their own schedules. Several of us work at weekends and enjoy our peace and quiet so this is not a party warehouse apart from special occasions. We're all very friendly and open to people from all walks of life. People living here are encouraged to make use of the fantastic we have available. Occasionally we do enjoy house meals, watching films on the projector and the odd night out together.
