My flat is just about 3.5 years old and is situated within the old greyhound racetrack, Walthamstow Stadium -- they kept the florescent sign and turned the kennels into allotments! 😄. It's located just off the North Circular [A406, Crooked Billet Roundabout], which provides fast access to anywhere in North, North-West, West, and East London.

The nearest underground station is Walthamstow Central (at the end of the Victoria Line). It's about a 25-minute walk or a 12-minute bus journey from the stadium, which has its own bus stop located directly in front of the sign. There are 4 buses to the WC station: 3 following the fast route (97, 215, 357); one which following the much slower, and longer, route (W11). There is also the 158 bus that takes you to Blackhorse Road station (one stop before WC) in around 15 minutes but is sometimes quicker than going to WC depending on traffic.
