With the buildings aspect, when out, the sun shines in the garden all day, if you don't want a lifestyle true quality of life room then look at others, high ceilings, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bin bags, light bulbs, gas, electric, wifi, weekly cleaner, council tax, off street parking, tv licence, broadband....everything included in the monthly rent, a real luxury flat thats a few minutes walk to the station, nice restaurants, coffee shops (Costa/Nero), bars, Tesco Express and shops u will not find better. This is a very good comparable to an expensive bills self contained like a studio as its a huge en-suite room (bath/shower!) with access to a private Garden/Terrace for your own table and chairs and room for the lounge area in a very prestigious location!
