Hi, I'm Nik - looking to find a great flatmate to live with.

About me:
31 year-old guy; love cooking, going out for drinks, having or friends round for dinner. Big football fan (Leicester City season ticket holder). Work in fintech and hours are fairly long. Weeknights are either spent at the gym after work or maybe out for drinks - fairly standard stuff!

About the flat:
New-build development on the old Walthamstow Dog Stadium site - about 10 minutes by bus from Walthamstow Central.

The flat itself has an open-plan kitchen/living area, shared bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a balcony and access to a roof terrace..
Flat includes a HD SKY TV subscription, along with Netflix and Amazon Prime.

The room:
Good-sized room with double-bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers.

About you:
Someone around my age, in-work and who is friendly, outgoing and fairly normal. Would be great if we had similar interests but by no means essential. Please tell me a bit about yourself in your message.

Transport/Area:
Bus stop directly outside development with regular buses that take about 10 minutes to Walthamstow Central.

Walthamstow itself is great - lots of places for food and drink, with a weekday market and Sunday farmers' market too. Epping Forest, Lee Valley Park, Tottenahm Marshes and Banbury Resevoir are all within a stone's throw, meaning there's loads of great outdoor activities too.
Large Sainsburys on your doorstep with a Morrisons just down the road.

Pretty flexible on move-in date as would rather wait a while to find right person.
