The room is available for 1 person in a two bedroom flat in Essex Wharf E5 9HP (between zones 2 & 3)

The building is surrounded by various parks/river Lee which is nice for taking walks, running or cycling if you're into that. Pubs, cafes, gyms and supermarkets (Aldi, Iceland, Tesco, Co-op Food) are also only 5-15 mins away by foot/bus.

There are easy transport links to Central London:

•Lea Bridge Station 10 mins walk away
•Clapton Station 15 mins walk away (towards Liverpool Street)
•Hackney Central/ Hackney downs Station 15 mins by bus
•Bus stops 2 minutes walk away with bus 48 towards London Bridge and 55 towards Oxford Circus.
• Westfield Stratford City/ Walthamstow Market/ Broadway Market are roughly 30 min by bus

The room will be furnished with a double bed or single if you prefer, a small desk & chair, chests of drawers, and a wardrobe. Smoking is allowed in the balcony. Shared areas will include the living room, balcony, kitchen and toilet.

Rent is £800pcm which includes all bills. 1 month rent in advance and 1 month deposit will be required.

I'm not very picky in who I'd like to live with, as long as you're clean and considerate I think we'll get along fine. I would like to mention though that as I'm more of an introverted person, if you need a super sociable house then perhaps this is not the best place for you as I often prefer to do my own thing. That's not to say I'm againts the occasional dinner together or binging some netflix (I love films).
