Nice, sunny double room in Clapton

Our lovely flatmate has moved out and we have a double room available in Clapton Pond. The rent is £510 plus bills, which are usually between £60-70.

As our flatmate already moved out, the room is free and you could move in immediately.

A bit about the room and the flat:
It's a double room, fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside table. There is also a desk and a chair.,
We have a Large kitchen with a big dining table AND you will have your own fridge :)

Note: There is no living room.

A bit about the area:
We're right next to Hackney Downs Park, great if you're into running/cycling! It is a 10 minute walk to Clapton Station/ Hackney Downs Station, and roughly 15 minutes to Hackney Central. The area has plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants and pubs around.

A bit about us:
We are Sina and Anna. We both work full time, currently working from home. For us the flat is like a home and we love to have nice chats in our spacious kitchen, but we also have our own lives - it's a nice balance.

A bit about you:
We are looking for someone 25+, who works full-time, is tidy and not a smoker.
