It is a great, trendy area (close to Victoria Village and Clapton) and to many amenities: large 24-hour Tesco and many other groceries, hospital and GP, parks (like Victoria Park or London Fields), theatres, cinemas and libraries. The room comes fully furnished.

The current flat mates all get along well and all share the cleaning, so this would suit someone who is house trained.

This room would be ideal for a student who is studying for exams or a professional who works a normal 9-5pm job like the other working flatmates in the house.

You will be dealing with myself (the owner) who has been running her own business for over 20 years and not an agency or third party.
