Hi there my house is a large Edwardian terraced house with big windows and lots of sunshine. There is a lot of space.
I am looking for 3 lodgers. I prefer Monday to Friday lodgers but I also don't mind if you are a few friends looking to rent together.
There are three large double bedrooms. One bedroom comes with exclusive use of a lounge/study (the more expensive room). There is also another shared lounge and a separate eat in kitchen.
There is use of a nice garden and there are two bathrooms one with a shower and one with a bath.
My partner will visit some weekends and some weekend s I will be away. I am friendly and easygoing.
You can view the property from 4 October and can move in shortly after.
