Spacious, furnished room with a. bay window in quiet house, sharing with 3 respectful, friendly guys.

The room has a comfortable double bed; desk/chair to work from, sofa and two built in storage cupboards.

The rent is £1100. per calendar month and most bills are included.

We prefer a male lodger as the others in the house are guys.

There is a large fully equipped kitchen/diner; separate laundry area with washing machine & dryer. If you are mindful of the environment, you can hang your clothes in the garden.
The bathroom. has both a shower & a bath.

The location is on a major bus route into town. Clapton overground is 6 min walk and takes you to Liverpool Street in 10 mins.

Cycling into town takes 18 mins. There is a secure bike box in the front garden.

Easy access to local amenities including shops, bakeries, theatres & cinemas etc.
