Double room in Homerton! 🙏

We're looking for a new housemate to join our house in Homerton, near Daubeney Fields.

The room is a ground floor room near the kitchen and living room. It has a double bed and wardrobe provided, other furniture in the images is not available but the clothes rail can be borrowed.
The house has a shared living room and kitchen both of which are comfortably sized with gas hob and dual oven, as well a good sized outdoor yard space. This bedroom also has private locking access to the yard.

We are a house of young professionals and we are ideally looking for someone of a similar age (27 - 34 years old please) and interests (lefty politics, music, cooking, watching films etc.) who is similarly minded, fun and a possible new friend rather than just a housemate!
LGBTQ+ / all religious affiliations friendly.

Rent is currently £755 pcm but is likely to rise in September.
Bills are currently £87 pcm additional to rent, inclusive of £22.35 council tax.

The house has 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets and 3 showers.

The room is available from early April and any prospective housemate would need to stay until September at very least.
